Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Associate, located in Ghaziabad. The Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of meals to customers' doorsteps. Other duties include coordinating delivery logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining food quality during transportation. The role requires strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards and effective communication with supervisors and customers to address any delivery-related concerns. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients Experience in Food & Beverage handling and maintaining food safety standards Proficiency in Transportation and Logistics Management to ensure timely deliveries Basic Training skills for using delivery apps or handling special delivery instructions Possession of a valid driving license and familiarity with Ghaziabad's local routes Ability to work independently and maintain punctuality Prior experience in delivery roles is a plus High school diploma
