We’re now looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can build the next wave of visual content for Fit Square across Instagram, YouTube, and more. ⸻ 🎥 Role Overview You will be responsible for end-to-end social media content creation — from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish. This is a creative + strategic role. We want someone who can think like a creator, act like a marketer, and execute like a filmmaker. ⸻ ✨ What You’ll Do 🎬 Content Creation • Shoot high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, testimonials, gym walkthroughs, founder content, etc.) • Edit videos with cinematic pacing, smooth transitions, clean cuts, sound design, and strong hooks. • Capture gym shots, lifestyle clips, fitness visuals, B-roll, and talking-head content. 🧠 Content Strategy & Scripting • Develop script outlines, reference storyboards, and shot lists for weekly/monthly content. • Research trends on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube to adapt them in Fit Square’s brand tone. • Build a content pipeline that aligns with Fit Square’s pillars: Educate, Inspire, Trust, Culture, Promotion. 📝 Copywriting • Write sharp, catchy hooks, captions, CTAs, and copy that matches Fit Square’s premium voice. • Assist in creating ad-ready scripts for paid campaigns. 🎯 Social Media Operations • Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars. • Track content performance and optimize based on insights. • Manage on-ground shoots across gyms in Mumbai (Bandra/Andheri/Thane/Navi Mumbai). ⸻ 💡 What We’re Looking For • 1–4 years of experience in content creation, filmmaking, or social media. • Strong shooting skills using phone or camera (cinematic, handheld, gym lighting awareness). • Excellent editing skills on CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. • Understanding of trends, social media formats, algorithm behaviour, and hooks. • Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into engaging scripts. • Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-style environments. • Fitness interest is a bonus but not mandatory — passion for storytelling is. ⸻ 🎁 What You’ll Get • Build content for a fast-growing fitness brand with massive scalability.
