Description
Your role as a Manager-Fit-out (Commercial cum Retail) in Gurgaon will involve retail projects and fit-out management. Your key responsibility includes ensuring timely completion of projects within approved budgets and resources without compromising on Quality. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate the fit-out strategy and develop the plan for commercial projects based on final lease agreements. - Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and resources without compromising on Quality. - Implement and monitor fit-out designs and construction practices adhering to WELL, GRIHA, and LEED guidelines. - Conduct sustainability assessments to ensure project compliance with green building certification requirements. - Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all certification processes. - Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and updates. - Address and resolve client concerns related to fit-out and sustainability objectives. - Attend regular meetings with clients/tenants and consultants to discuss key project issues and take corrective actions. - Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time, quality, and on-budget project execution. - Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design. - Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for stock arrangements and delivery. - Prepare periodic reports for management including budget status, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities, and safety records. - Ensure all technical aspects of the projects comply with contract conditions, specifications, drawings, and BOQ. - Ensure health and safety requirements are provided and comply with authorities regulations. - Provide guidance, managerial, and technical support to complete the project team. - Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for project resource planning and scheduling. - Prepare plans and schedules, status reports, and performance evaluations. - Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis. - Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's. - Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time. Work Location: You will be working in the Site office at Godrej GCR, Sec 42 Gurugram. Qualifications: - Professional qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction. - At least 7 years post-qualification experience in managing large fit-out and interior projects (Commercial & retail). - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and team management skills. - Good communication skills (oral/written).
