Role & responsibilities We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction over the phone for international clients. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products or services. Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Required Skills: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as per business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
