Job Description

Role & responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Document all customer interactions in the CRM system Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services Shifts -Rotational Shift Experience in a call center or tech support environment Knowledge of [your industry or product-specific knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A , or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
