Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    inbound technical support queries

    via phone, email, or chat from residential or business customers in the UK.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
    • Broadband connectivity
    • Router/modem setup
    • VoIP and landline services
    • Mobile plans and network coverage
  • Guide customers through step-by-step resolutions and provide a seamless support experience.
  • Identify customer needs

    and recommend suitable upgrades, bundles, or add-on services (e.g., faster internet, premium support plans, device insurance, Wi-Fi extenders).
  • Meet both

    technical support KPIs

    (First Call Resolution, AHT, CSAT) and

    sales KPIs

    (conversion rate, upsell revenue).
  • Update CRM/ticketing systems with accurate call notes and follow-up actions.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotional offers, and technical updates.
  • Ensure compliance with UK telecom regulations and data protection policies (e.g., GDPR).
