Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
outbound/inbound international calls
to existing or potential customers.
Upsell and cross-sell
company products or services to maximize revenue.
Build strong customer relationships through
effective communication and persuasion
.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly
sales targets and KPIs
.
Maintain
accurate records
of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure
exceptional customer experience
with every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills
in English (no MTI influence).
Minimum
6 months 2 years of experience
in international voice process (preferred).

Freshers are also eligible to apply with excellent communication.
Strong
sales orientation
and ability to handle objections confidently.
Good interpersonal skills and a
positive, energetic attitude
.
Ability to work in
night shifts
and meet performance goals.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
