Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for broadband and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from international customers.
  
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet service, broadband routers, and Wi-Fi setup.
  
• Communicate effectively to guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the senior technical team for advanced support.
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution times and excellent service.
  
• Adhere to company guidelines and best practices while resolving customer issues.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

• Only BE (Bachelor of Engineering), B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology), or BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) Freshers are eligible to apply.
  
• Candidates with prior experience in technical support are also welcome to apply.
  

• Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of broadband and Wi-Fi technologies.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking concepts.
  
• Ability to handle customer queries with a positive attitude and professionalism.
  
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). There is no compromise on communication standards.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends.
  

• Experience:

• Freshers (BE/B.Tech/BCA graduates) and candidates with prior technical support experience are eligible to apply.
