Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of the semi-voice process to provide customer support for international clients.
  
• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers in a clear and effective manner.
  
• Resolve customer issues and provide relevant solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
  
• Meet or exceed performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

• Freshers:

  BA, BBA, BCA, BCom graduates are eligible to apply.

• Experience:

  Candidates with prior experience in

  semi-voice

  or

  voice processes

  are also encouraged to apply.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent

  communication skills

  (both written and verbal). There is no compromise on communication standards.
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  

• Experience:

• Freshers

  from BA, BBA, BCA, and BCom streams are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in

  semi-voice

  or

  voice processes

  is a plus.

• International experience

  is preferred but not mandatory.
