Job Description: We are hiring First-Party Collection Executives for our Credit Card Collection Process . The role involves convincing customers to pay their outstanding credit card dues while maintaining professionalism and adhering to company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Make 200+ calls daily to customers regarding their credit card dues. Persuade customers to clear pending payments while maintaining a professional approach. Document call interactions accurately and ensure follow-ups when necessary. Maintain high-quality communication standards in English . Adhere to process compliance and company policies. Required Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Freshers can apply). English communication skills are mandatory. Good documentation skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Previous experience in collections, customer service, or sales will be an advantage. Work Schedule & Benefits: Shift Timings: Rotational night shifts (between 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM , 8-hour shifts). Cab Facility: One-way transport is provided (for shifts between 12 AM - 6 AM ). Work Days: 5 working days (rotational weekly offs). Leave Policy: No pre-planned leaves are allowed for the first 6 months .
