The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the automotive diagnostics domain and possess functional expertise in after-sales diagnostics development.The Selected candidate will be responsible forNew Projects: Coordinate with MFTBC for content development, prepare ECU Spec sheets, deliver and validate content, and meet standards.Change Management: Update Spec sheets, release plans, and manuals; prepare service bulletins; create management dashboards.Testing and Validation: Establish bench testing, validate content, coordinate testing, and manage content releases.Efficiency and Cost Control: Improve efficiency, optimize costs, maintain transparency, and implement measures.Advanced Topics: Develop tele-diagnostics, CEBID, and RMI protocols; collaborate on new technologies.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Basic knowledge of the automotive diagnostics domain.Functional expertise in automotive diagnostics development.Experience:Experience in automotive diagnostics development.Working experience in the automotive industry with strong experience in CS Value chain functions.Skills:Strong technical skills in ECU, vehicle communication, and harness information.Strong knowledge of CAESER files, ODX files, DM1 info, and specification sheets from R&D/troubleshooting contents.Proficiency in RDA script, CDL job XML, use case excel (Tele-diag), bench test, and vehicle test with CANOE.Knowledge of tools like GradeX, CANOE Familiarity with diagnostic protocols like UDS (ISO14229).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic mechanical knowledge.Good verbal and written communication skills.Solid knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese is an added advantageTeamwork, motivation, communication skills
