The Sales Manager will oversee, manage, and train the sales team to ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include developing strategies to drive sales growth, nurturing client relationships, tracking sales metrics, and identifying market opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, combined with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Leadership, team management, and coaching skills to guide and motivate a sales team. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships, as well as to collaborate with team members. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools to track and manage customer data. Experience in creating reports and interpreting sales metrics. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Prior experience of 5 years in real-estate sales management role is preferred.
