Job Description

Position - Firewalls

Total Experience – 2 Years

Location – Chennai

Notice Period – IMMEDIATE

Firewall L1

Strong knowledge and Minimum 2 years Hands on Experience in 2 or more areas of security like Firewalls: Checkpoint or Palo Alto or Fortinet or Cisco / Web ATP: Palo Alto / Firewall Rule Analyser: Algo Sec / Network Intrusion Prevention System (NIPS): Cisco / Malicious IP Blocking: Net Scout.
Firewall Policy Management.
Review Firewall change request based on security standards set by the customer.
Monitoring network security devices fro any potential outages.
Communicate with vendors in case required any support to fix operation issues.
Analyze the triggered alarms in the NIPS/ATP and report to customer.
Daily ticket management (change/service request).
Need to take backup for all SOC devices on daily basis and need to move the backup to external storage.
Firewall policy optimization & fine tuning based on the Algosec firewall analyser.
Maintain the firewall policy security rating above 95
