Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions to enhance emergency preparedness.
Inspect fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other safety equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Respond effectively to fire alarms and emergencies, ensuring timely evacuation and firefighting efforts.
Maintain accurate records of fire incidents, near-misses, and safety performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Fire & Safety Officer with a strong understanding of fire safety principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify and mitigate risks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
