Responsibilities Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls in a timely manner. Operate firefighting equipment such as fire hoses, aerial ladders, and extinguishers. Rescue individuals from hazardous situations, such as fires, accidents, or collapsed structures. Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Participate in fire drills and training sessions to enhance skills and preparedness. Collaborate with other emergency response teams and agencies during incidents. Conduct fire safety inspections and enforce compliance with fire codes and regulations. Provide support during medical emergencies until the arrival of medical services. Document all activities, including incident reports, equipment inspections, and training records. Stay updated on the latest firefighting techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Qualifications Education Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified firefighting training program.
