Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and preparing presentations. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and communicating effectively with potential and existing clients. Qualifications Lead Generation and Market Research skills Presentation Skills and Experience in Creating Presentations Excellent Communication Skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members Proactive and results-oriented mindset Experience in the financial industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
