Qualification and experience:

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execution of residential buildings (finishing activities) with all construction activities as per approved drawing & I.S Specifications

·        Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules, monthly planning

• Approve and supervise all finishing activities of the building construction.
• Maintain all quality MIS formats and carryout works accordingly.
• Min works to be supervised includes but not limited to Internal and external plaster, flooring work, putty / painting, fabrication, waterproofing, external development, etc.

·        Attending and scheduling meetings as required with respective subcontractors

·        Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.

·        Ensuring all activities are completes on time.

·        Preparing material requirement / indents well in time.

·        Undertaking and checking of survey with levels at every stage.

·        Help project in-charge in handing over units to customers/ marketing team.

·        Setting out sites and organizing facilities.

·        Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

·        Good communication and writing skills.
