We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team for permanent, long-term projects, focusing on managing IoT and RFID projects as well as barcode printing solutions . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful services . They should excel in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient Java applications. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose optimal solution approaches, and ensure the successful implementation of Java-based solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop, test, and maintain Java applications using modern frameworks like Spring Boot . Design and implement RESTful services and web applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Actively engage in product design discussions and contribute to application architecture development. Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: B.E/B.S/ M.S in Computer Science, B. Tech/M. Tech in Information Technology, MCA Experience: Advanced knowledge of Java programming with 6+ years of experience Java Programming: Proficiency in Java and its associated technologies, such as J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and JavaFX. Spring Framework: (Nice to have UX/UI experience) Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring modules for building robust applications. Web Services: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, including designing and implementing APIs. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled RFID Encoding & Tagging Specialist to lead the end-to-end development, production, and implementation of RFID labeling and hangtag solutions. A key focus of this role is RFID encoding , ensuring every tag is programmed accurately and integrates seamlessly with supply chain and retail systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in RFID encoding technologies, label manufacturing, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: RFID Encoding & Tag Management: Oversee and manage RFID encoding processes, including data structure, EPC standards, serialization, and error handling. Work directly with encoding equipment, software, and RFID printers (e.g., Zebra, SATO) to ensure accurate and efficient tag programming. Develop encoding protocols and ensure tags meet all functional requirements (read range, data accuracy, etc.). Coordinate with service bureaus or in-house operations for bulk RFID encoding and tag verification. RFID Label & Hangtag Development: Design and specify RFID-enabled labels and hangtags, ensuring alignment with branding and operational requirements. Evaluate inlays, substrates, adhesives, and label constructions for product suitability and performance. Collaborate with design, compliance, and IT teams to align physical tag design with digital data encoding needs. Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct performance testing for readability, encoding accuracy, and durability. Troubleshoot failures in encoding or readability and implement corrective actions. Use RFID verification tools to validate encoding and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Vendor & Supply Chain Collaboration: Identify and manage label, hangtag, and RFID encoding vendors. Ensure vendor compliance with encoding specifications and data formatting. Maintain relationships with RFID inlay providers, service bureaus, and tag converters. Process Development & Optimization: Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for encoding, verification, and tag application. Train internal teams and suppliers on encoding requirements and best practices. Monitor and improve encoding accuracy, cycle times, and overall RFID performance. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all RFID labels meet industry mandates (e.g., GS1, EPCglobal, Walmart, Macys). Maintain accurate records of encoded data, serialization logs, and quality audits. Provide reporting and analytics on tag performance, encoding error rates, and inventory accuracy. Strong knowledge of RFID data encoding standards (e.g., SGTIN-96, EPC, GRAI, GIAI). Hands-on experience with RFID printers, encoders, and middleware systems. Familiarity with UHF RFID protocols and RFID test/verification equipment. Experience working with ERP, WMS, or RFID middleware platforms.
