Financial Reporting Manager

As an Assistant to the SEC Reporting Manager, your role will involve assisting in interfacing with senior management, external auditors, and consultants to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. You will also be responsible for developing financial reporting calendars, assisting in the external financial reporting process, and coordinating external reporting activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing monthly and quarterly financial reporting calendars and project plans - Supporting the external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-K) - Working closely with the Corporate Controllers Team to prepare external financial reporting and required SEC filings - Participating in the review of new and unusual transactions to ensure compliance with US GAAP - Preparing key financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Statement of Operations, and Cash Flow Statement - Managing the flow of financial data into the SEC filing tool, Workiva - Maintaining SEC submission checklists and supporting file archives - Researching accounting issues and new pronouncements Additionally, you will be required to have: - A Bachelor's or University Degree in Finance or Accounting - Minimum three years of experience in accounting or finance at a large corporation or public accounting firm - Experience with Workiva WDesk (preferred) - Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC Reporting Requirements - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality - Flexibility and team-oriented mindset Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in assisting the SEC Reporting Manager and ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for the company.,
