Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

The role requires strong technical knowledge in Ind AS/IFRS, audit procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting. Experience in IT/Tech or service-based industries will be an advantage. 

Candidates with Big 4 or mid-tier audit backgrounds and hands-on experience in ERP systems and MIS reporting are preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own statutory audit and internal audits end-to-end. 
• Perform risk assessments, walkthroughs, substantive testing, and documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/IGAAP, Companies Act, tax laws, and audit standards. 
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax and other relevant areas. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
• Review GL entries, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate accounting. 
• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews. 
• Prepare and support MIS reports, dashboards, and management reporting. 
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning. 
• Collaborate with external auditors and resolve audit queries. 
• Support corporate finance activities such as insurance renewals, credit rating processes, and treasury tasks. 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls. 
• Work with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle/Tally and reporting tools like Excel. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. 
• 3–4 years of post-article ship experience in audit, compliance, financial reporting, or corporate finance. 
• Experience in Big 4 or reputed mid-tier audit firms preferred. 
• Exposure to IT/Tech, consulting, shared services, or manufacturing industries is a plus. 

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and IGAAP. 
• Experience in statutory audit, internal audit, IFC/ICFR, and compliance. 
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and regulatory submissions. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting tools, and MIS preparation. 
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent.
