🔹 Position: Assistant Manager – FP&A 📍 Location: Mumbai 📁 Department: Finance 👤 Reporting to: Head of FP&A 🔍 What You’ll Do: Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts Analyze financial variances and drive performance improvements Monitor and report on key business KPIs Prepare investor reports, board presentations, and respond to investor queries Support financial and business due diligence processes Analyze business metrics to generate actionable insights Lead and manage cross-functional projects with key stakeholders 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Chartered Accountant (mandatory) 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a service industry or startup Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (Tally is a plus) High sense of ownership and accountability Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Show more Show less
