Job Description; We're hiring for FP&A: Positions: Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis. Remuneration: As per Industry Standards Qualification: CA/CMA Location : Gurgaon Sector 62 Work mode : Hybrid Timings : 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Notice : 30 days - 45 days Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in FP&A Domain 3+ years Proficient with tools like frameworks, presentations, and analytical tools like Power BI, Excel, and macros. Must have professional work from home setup, personal Laptop, and high-speed broadband connection Experience in Finance function Ability to handle leadership queries and quick turnaround Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good in communication Great storyteller Executive presence Attention to detail Team collaboration Skills Responsibilities Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis) with detailed commentary and analysis Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision making. Provide objective and analytical insights on financial impact and soundness of business decisions to the top management. Continuously monitor business performance, act as a fact-based challenger, and develop recommendations for improvements. Drive discussions with senior stakeholders on margin improvements , revenue, and other improvements Partner cross-functionally, providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support. Provide financial modeling, business case and analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects and requirements. Review business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on regular basis Conduct ad-hoc analysis, sensitivity analysis, industry analysis, and analysis to understand the financial impacts of various operational decisions Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to extract insights, understand business on the ground, act as a fact-based challenger, and then build a crisp narrative. Self Initiative Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain calm under pressure Actively take part and provide innovative thoughts/ideas and drive organization-wide initiatives.
