Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Engineering role located in Gurugram. The Financial Engineer will oversee financial planning, develop robust financial models, and conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making. The role includes preparing financial reports, offering insights for optimization, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives. The individual will play a critical role in analyzing data, managing resources, and delivering actionable strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and core Finance operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent Communication skills to present insights effectively
• Sound problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools and software is a plus
• Familiarity with the technology and venture-building sectors would be advantageous
