You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and maintain Compliance Horizontal aligned issues raised in the banks risk management system - Escalate unresolved or high-risk Compliance Risk issues to senior leaders and relevant committees - Provide expert advice and guidance to Compliance colleagues on the banks Issues Management Standard - Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the issue management process - Build and maintain effective relationships between Compliance Issue Management and stakeholders - Demonstrate an execution-focused mindset to ensure Issues Management deliverables are executed at pace **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Financial Crime role - Awareness of organizational Issues Management - First-class written and oral communication skills - Ability to demonstrate a good level of commercial awareness - Comfortable in fast-growing and complex environments - Strong analytical and influencing skills This role will be based out of Pune. As a Financial Crime Issues Oversight at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the identification, tracking, and resolution of issues raised against the Compliance Horizontal/Standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining issues, providing expert advice, conducting reviews, building relationships, and ensuring deliverables are executed effectively.
