Job Description

Strategic 1. Review and implement the Business accounting Plans of company (long term and short term). Constantly track and monitor their progress and highlight deviations 2. Finalize critical financial decisions such as fixing and review of the fund flow in collaboration with the both external and internal. 3. Optimize fund management for company to yield risk free expenditures. 4. Develop and implement policies on the banking mix for project level and corporate level fund requirements 5. Assist the CFO in development of guidelines for investment of company funds in line with financial risk management guidelines. Operational & Financial 1. Lead the preparation of quarterly forecasts, annual budget, monthly analysis and quarterly operating reviews, through timely and accurate MIS 2. Ensure effective control of bank balances of the organization to permit adequate working capital for day-to-day operations and effective management of surplus funds. 3. Review the financials across all operating locations and finalize analysis; provide early warning signals and assist the CFO in development of appropriate mitigation mechanisms 4. Serve as the principal advisor to Business Heads and Function Heads on the budgeting and forecasting process; communicate and implement norms for budgeting and capex management 5. Manage the relationship with banks and financial institutions to ensure cost effective and preferential services for COMPANY 6. Review credit rating periodically and develop mechanisms to ensure achievement of target credit rating
