Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements as per

  Ind AS

  .
• Manage

  financial consolidation

  for multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Work extensively on

  SAP

  for month-end closing, ledger review, and financial reporting.
• Support audits (statutory, internal, and group) by providing timely data and clarifications.
• Assist in improving financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor changes in

  Ind AS

  and implement relevant updates in financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA

  with strong understanding of Ind AS and financial reporting.
• Minimum (add experience range, e.g., 2–6 years) in consolidation and group reporting.
• Hands-on working knowledge of

  SAP

  (FICO module preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in multinational/group entities.
• Exposure to automation or reporting tools.
