About the Program

The Wealth Path is an engaging financial wellness initiative designed to empower employees with the knowledge and confidence to take control of their finances. Through interactive sessions delivered in plant-specific languages, participants will learn practical strategies for budgeting, saving, debt management, and building long-term financial freedom.

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Financial Wellness Coaches to lead these sessions across various plant locations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communicating complex financial concepts in a clear, culturally sensitive, and motivating way — ensuring every participant feels confident about their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial wellness workshops under The Wealth Path program (onsite or virtually).
• Deliver sessions in local plant languages to ensure accessibility and understanding.
• Guide participants on topics such as budgeting, saving, debt management, and financial planning.
• Encourage positive behavioral change through practical advice and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with the MantraCare Wellness Team to adapt materials for specific audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in financial planning or coaching is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver sessions in local/plant-specific languages.
• Prior experience in employee wellness, financial education, or corporate training is a plus.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 day

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week
