This role emphasizes asset-level performance tracking, financial planning, and forecast modeling, rather than traditional corporate finance. The ideal candidate is proficient in Argus and Yardi, with a strong ability to interpret lease agreements and build dynamic models using data exports from these platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for commercial real estate assets. • Utilize Argus and Yardi to extract, analyze, and report on property and portfolio performance. • Conduct detailed lease analysis and incorporate terms into cash flow and valuation models. • Support budgeting, planning, and variance analysis activities across the portfolio. • Collaborate with asset management teams to provide actionable insights for operational and investment strategies. • Assist in preparing materials for stakeholders, including performance summaries, scenario analyses, and investment memos. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on commercial real estate. • Strong working knowledge of Argus and Yardi, with experience handling data exports for modeling. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting lease agreements and applying them to financial models. • Advanced Excel skills, including scenario analysis and financial planning techniques. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
