Job Description

Job Title

  • Manage financial planning and analysis for project finance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and analyse pre-bid cost sheets, pricing structures, and financial assumptions to support bid submissions and business proposals.
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze project cost sheets, pricing models, and revenue projections for new and ongoing projects.

Performance Monitoring

  • Revenue performance review
  • Cost and expenditure monitoring
  • Variance analysis
  • Manpower cost tracking
  • Unit-level profitability and economics

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain financial projections, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts.
  • Track project-level cash flows, billing status, collections, and associated financial metrics.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory standards.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for leadership review, highlighting key business drivers and KPIs.
  • Prepare and review project-wise Utilisation Certificates (UCs) ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with project guidelines and fund utilisation norms.

Business Support

  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams for data gathering, validation, and performance review.
  • Provide financial insights for evaluating bids, proposals, and operational plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of project finance, cost management, and financial modelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and financial analysis tools.
  • Ability to handle and interpret large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis techniques.
  • Good understanding of the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) industry, its operating models, costing structures, and compliance frameworks

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within project-based environments.
  • Experience handling multi-SBU, multi-location, or large-scale financial data sets is desirable.
  • Prior exposure to the TVET or skill-development industry will be an added advantage.
