About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MIS reporting, financial planning & analysis, and taxation compliance. This role will be pivotal in supporting management decision-making through accurate financial insights, tax planning, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports on financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, income tax compliance, return filings, and coordination with auditors/consultants.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare dashboards and financial reports for senior management.
• Provide support in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting, cost control, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. (CA Inter / CMA preferred)
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, taxation (direct & indirect), and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
