Assisting with statistical analysis and other special projects. Preparing monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management. Assisting with contract management. Working on analysis of financial statements, this will involve a review of the gross margins, material costs, and sales price. Building reports and slides for the presentation of this project to senior management. Develop quantitative in-depth financial analysis including valuation modeling, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning to evaluate potential real estate lending opportunities Qualifications Candidate should be a commerce graduate & MBA in finance, preferably from a premium institute/college, or have good experience in a similar field. 2+ years of experience in Accounting / Reporting / Auditing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in financial modeling, financial reporting software, and advanced Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present. Strong communication Skills and Awesome CAN-DO Attitude.
