Job Description

Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join the Solutions FP&A team within the Risk Data Solutions division. In this role, you will deepen your understanding of financial planning and analysis in a fee-based business model. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver insightful analysis, ensure data integrity, support decision-making, collaborate with different teams, and present actionable insights to non-financial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Deepen your understanding of performance metrics, financial reporting standards, and the economics of a fee-based business model. - Deliver insightful analysis on Solutions portfolios for regular reporting and ad-hoc requests. - Ensure data integrity by validating completeness, consistency, and clarity of financial and operational data. - Support strategic decision-making by preparing high-quality presentations and insights for senior management and external/internal events. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to enhance pipeline management and forecasting accuracy. - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. - Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and changing financial frameworks, ensuring your analysis remains relevant and forward-looking. - Engage with senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-impact discussions and strategic initiatives. Qualifications Required: - CA/Post graduate degree in finance/Accounting with 0-5 years of post-experience - Strong interest in fee-based business models and financial performance management. - Strong analytical and data processing skills with ability to structure presentations. - Experience in FP&A, controlling, or a similar function would be preferred. - Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output. - A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data. - A collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural, global environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) Additional Company Details: Swiss Re is a leading provider of reinsurance, insurance, and other insurance-based risk transfer services.
