Job Description

Role Overview: As the FP&A Financial Analyst for APAC region, your primary responsibility will be to prepare, analyze, and review financial statements using accounting principles across multiple countries. You will play a crucial role in delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will partner with business teams to streamline processes and drive productivity through automation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and working capital summaries. - Control capital spend and perform monthly closing procedures to ensure accurate financial data. - Demonstrate knowledge and clear understanding of Standard Costing from SAP, FICO module. - Analyze financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. - Conduct variance analysis and reconciliation of key accounts, such as sales and cost data by country and business segment. - Provide inventory analytics and reporting to support business insights. - Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, aligning cost trends with business needs. - Track actual expenses against budgets, analyze cost variances, and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including costs, sales, and cash flow to drive performance improvements. - Identify and implement initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy. - Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards to enhance productivity and visibility. - Leverage expertise in FP&A modeling, reporting, and databases to improve efficiency and support decision-making. - Support financial systems, such as Oracle Cloud, and participate in enhancement initiatives. - Promote financial understanding and provide insights to non-finance stakeholders to support business decisions. - Collaborate with operational teams to align financial planning with organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - ICWA, CA, or MBA preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably based in a plant. - Proficiency in SAP FICO module, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel/Microsoft tools is a must. - Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and controlling standards. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy. - Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across time zones. - Self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented. - Fluency in English (written and verbal). - Experience in project business controlling is a plus. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.,
