Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Support accounting and reporting functions in line with global standards.
• Perform reconciliations and basic variance analysis.
• Gain hands-on exposure to financial instruments (equity, fixed income, derivatives).
• Support internal controls, audit requirements, and process documentation.
• Learn and contribute to month-end and quarter-end reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  CA Inter or CMA (mandatory). Candidates who have completed CA are

  not eligible

  .
• Strong understanding of

  basic accounting concepts

  and

  financial reporting fundamentals

  .
• Knowledge of

  financial instruments

  (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to tools like Bloomberg, Reuters, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
