Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Financial Advisor with at least one year of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential investors, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment products. This role requires strong communication skills, financial knowledge, and a results-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and investment preferences. Recommend investment solutions based on client risk appetite, goals, and market conditions. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous portfolio growth. Keep clients updated on financial market trends, portfolio performance, and new investment opportunities. Achieve assigned sales and advisory targets by converting leads into successful investments. Educate clients on financial products, risk management strategies, and tax-efficient investment planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate client records. Stay updated with the latest trends in stock markets, mutual funds, insurance, and other financial instruments. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field . A certification in financial advisory (NISM, CFP, etc.) is a plus. Minimum 1+ years of experience in financial advisory, sales, or wealth management. Strong understanding of investment products like stocks, mutual funds, bonds, insurance, and other financial instruments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to analyze financial data and market trends for informed decision-making. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
