About Us:

Finance Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping and daily financial entries using

  Zoho Books

• Help manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
• Support in preparing and issuing invoices, managing payment follow-ups
• Work on monthly payroll processing using

  Zoho Payroll

• Maintain accurate employee records for payroll and compliance
• Assist with monthly financial reports, tax filings, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll execution
• Analyze and validate financial data for reporting and decision-making
• Maintain well-organized digital financial records

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Prior exposure to

  Zoho Books and/or Zoho Payroll

  is preferred (training can be provided)
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
