Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
Support in maintaining ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
Help prepare invoices, bills, and receipts.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Coordinate vendor payments and update payable records.
Support in tracking receivables and follow-up with clients when required.
Assist in reconciling statements with vendors and customers.

3. Bank & Cash Management

Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements.
Update daily cash/cheque collections and deposits.

4. Financial Reporting

Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist the team during audits by organizing documents and reports.

5. Documentation & Administrative Tasks

Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
Ensure accuracy of data entry into accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
Provide general administrative support to the accounts department.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally/ERP/SAP (added advantage).
Fresher candidates can apply.
