Finance Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist based in Gurugram. The Finance Specialist will handle financial statements, manage accounting operations, and ensure financial accuracy. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, overseeing budgets, and supporting the team with data-driven recommendations. Other tasks include financial planning and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the company meets its financial goals effectively.

• Strong Finance and Accounting expertise
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and preparing detailed reports
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial regulations and budgeting processes is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software/tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
