Role Overview

Technofocus is seeking a highly detail-oriented Finance & Quote Operations Associate to support our pricing, quoting, and financial operations. You will work directly with the Finance Lead to prepare accurate quotes, maintain price lists, build structured Excel trackers, and manage product/price setup inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role requires excellent numerical reasoning, strong logic, and comfort working with structured data.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand quote requirements from clients and PMO teams and translate them into clear pricing structures.
• Create accurate quotes using existing price lists across multiple geographies.
• Maintain and update master price lists; ensure version control and proper archival.
• Create and maintain product records (SKUs, pricing, categories) in D365 Sales.
• Build and maintain structured Excel trackers for quotes, margins, revenue forecasts, and pipeline analytics.
• Mirror the same tracking rigor inside D365 — opportunities, quotes, products, and workflows.
• Work out pricing for multi-day deliveries, blended rates, instructor fees, and third-party components.
• Keep an audit trail of every quote issued, including version history and justification notes.
• Coordinate with PMO, Delivery, and Sales teams to clarify requirements before issuing quotes.
• Prepare monthly reporting dashboards for quote conversion, margin analysis, and revenue projections.
• Maintain data hygiene across Excel, D365, SharePoint, and financial workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong numerical reasoning: ability to compute margins, blended rates, cost structures, and multi-component pricing with accuracy.
• Excellent logic and problem-solving ability — must be able to derive pricing structures from incomplete information.
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, structured tables, basic formulas).
• Experience working with CRMs or ERPs (D365, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• High attention to detail; zero-error mindset.
• Ability to interpret client emails/PMO notes and translate them into accurate, compliant quotes.
• Strong documentation and version-control discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA / Bachelor’s in Finance / Economics / Accounting
• Experience in pricing, sales operations, finance operations, or quote management
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure/M365)
• Experience working in a services or training company
• Comfort working with multi-currency price lists
