Finance Operations Manager

Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager with strong auditing experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts across multiple sectors
• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits for clients
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
• Ensure timely completion and filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and changes in tax/audit norms
• Coordinate with clients to gather required documentation and respond to audit queries
• Supervise junior staff and assist in training and development
• Liaise with external auditors and government authorities when required
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of auditing principles and accounting standards (Ind AS, IGAAP)
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (Zoho Books, Busy, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and process orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
