Provide actionable insights from variance and PsL analyses. Manage fund allocation, inventory, CapEx, and tax compliance to ensure financial stability and integrity. Streamline financial operations through ERP integration and automated workflows. Ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Implement cost control systems, address KPI variances, and support compliance audits. Deliver quarterly reviews, reliable forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership. Build a skilled and future-ready finance team through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Requirement - Expertise in long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate taxation, and compliance. Experience in capital expenditure planning and investment analysis. Proficiency in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, and growth opportunities. Skilled in cost control, inventory management, and financial risk mitigation.
