Role Summary

Finance Manager


Financial Reporting & Auditing

• Preparation and finalization of Monthly MIS Reports and Financial Statements

• Review and maintenance of Balance Sheet / Trial Balance and Fixed Asset Register

• Preparation of Provisional Financial Statements and various MIS support reports

• Coordination with auditors for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & GST Audit

• Compliance with all statutory and financial regulations

Accounting & Taxation

• Monthly Sales Register, Monthly Expenses, Working Capital & Cash Flow reporting

• GST compliance including GST reconciliation and supporting documentation

• Vendor Reconciliation and Vendor Management

Budgeting & Financial Control

• Monitoring Monthly Cash Budget and Budget Variance Control

• Financial Controls & Risk Management

• Quarterly Royalty Statement preparation

Banking & Stakeholder Management

• Bank Reconciliation and handling banking-related processes

• Stakeholder Management and communication
