Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts operations at the Head Office (Gurgaon). The ideal candidate will bring analytical depth, leadership skills, and financial discipline to oversee compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS reporting, and overall fiscal efficiency across our growing business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.



• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with detailed MIS reports.

• Build and lead the Finance, Accounts & Compliance team for efficient workflow and reporting.

• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, IND AS compliance, and audit systems.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC, EPF, ESI, and Company Act regulations.

• Coordinate with banks, consultants, and external auditors for statutory audits and credit processes.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial health of multiple business units.

• Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams for financial alignment and transparency.

Who You Are:

• MBA (Finance) / CA / M.Com with a strong accounting and compliance background.

• 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Service industries.

• Expertise in Tally ERP / Zoho Books or similar accounting systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel & MIS reporting (dashboards, analytics, pivot tables).

• In-depth understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and audits.

• Strong communicator, analytical thinker, and team leader with high integrity.
