Job Description

Role & responsibilities Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles Good understanding on Finance, month end processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, Variance analysis, Budget, Forecast. Ability to create financial models (cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L, business valuation and various models) Knowledge of trade finance products and instruments, including letters of credit, guarantees, and export credit insurance. Proficiency in financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment. Attention to detail and accuracy in trade documentation. Manage a team that develops financial and valuation models, materials, and recommendations for executive decision-making by conducting comprehensive analyses and utilizing appropriate methods Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals), and accounts-receivable cash application. Maintain and manage the financial health of the organization. Preparation of returns such as Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax, GST etc. He must ensure that all statutory dues are paid and returns filed on time. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred) 8+ years’ experience in a financial management position Knowledge of Tally software is a must Proven strategic planning experience at the management level Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and presentation skills
