Finance Manager

Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing the financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support the business's growth and profitability. Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that enable management to determine progress against budgets. Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for indirect spend categories. Provide accurate financial forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the BPO or related industry. Good communication and presentation skills Well versed with general accounting Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
