Finance Manager - Real Estate

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing company accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Your duties will include coordinating with auditors for financial reporting and audits, possessing a strong knowledge of the stock market and related financial instruments, efficiently planning and managing company funds to optimize financial performance, establishing and maintaining coordination with clients for financial transactions and settlements, liaising with banking personnel to ensure smooth financial operations of the company, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, and other financial regulations. To be successful in this role, you should preferably be from a North Indian background with experience in handling companies with a turnover of 100 Cr and above. A preferred industry background in Real Estate is desirable, along with 7-10 years of experience in finance management. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, and an educational requirement of CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is necessary. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and proficiency in financial planning, compliance management, and stock market instruments.,
