Key Responsibilities

Project-Based Financial Projection:

1.1. Develop detailed financial projections for specific projects, including revenue, cost, and profit analysis.

1.2. Support project planning with accurate cash flow forecasts, ROI calculations, and break-even analysis.

2.1. Oversee internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

2.2. Prepare audit reports and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

3.1. Monitor and control operational and project expenses.

3.2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with budgetary limits.

4.1. Evaluate and manage investment opportunities to maximize returns.

4.2. Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend reallocation as needed.

5.1. Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts in coordination with department heads.

5.2. Track and report variances, ensuring financial discipline across departments.

6.1. Provide overall business forecasts and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

6.2. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for future planning.

7.1. Track Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) for loans, vendor agreements, and installment-based obligations.

7.2. Ensure timely payments and maintain proper financial records.

Statutory Payments & Compliance:

8.1. Ensure accurate and timely payments of statutory dues including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.

8.2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA in Finance / M.Com with

  more than 75% marks (mandatory)

• CA or CMA qualification will be an added advantage

• Minimum 5+ years in finance, accounting, and strategic financial planning.

Skills:

• Expertise in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems, financial software, and automation tools
