Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing and executing critical financial processes for the company. This includes preparing CMA data, managing government subsidies, conducting stock audits, and ensuring financial compliance. The role demands a high level of accuracy, proactiveness, and strong coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders. Job Reasonability: CMA Data Preparation:Prepare CMA reports including projected financial statements for funding requirements.Analyze past financials and build forecasts aligned with business goals.Ensure timely submission of data to banks and respond to queries.Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate inputs for CMA formats. Subsidy – State and Central Government:Identify and apply for eligible subsidies under state and central schemes.Coordinate with government departments and consultants for documentation.Maintain a tracker for claims, approvals, and disbursements.Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and scheme-specific requirements. Stock Audit:Conduct periodic physical stock audits and ensure system reconciliation.Identify variances and work with departments to resolve issues.Report obsolete, slow-moving, or excess inventory.Generate audit reports and present actionable insights to management. Liaising with Statutory Auditor:Prepare and submit required audit documentation in coordination with teams.Resolve audit observations and support closure of audit queries.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures.Maintain year-round readiness for statutory and tax audits Treasury Management:Monitor daily cash flow and ensure optimum fund allocation.Manage banking relationships, payments, and treasury instruments.Forecast short and long-term liquidity needs.Prepare treasury MIS and reports for senior management MIS & Reporting: Generate and maintain monthly and quarterly MIS reports.Develop dashboards for financial and operational performance.Perform variance analysis and highlight critical business insights.Automate routine reports to enhance speed and accuracy Requirements:CMA or MBA in Finance; B.Com as foundational qualification.Proven experience in handling core financial functions, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-unit company.Strong knowledge of financial compliance and audit procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Tally, SAP, and MS Excel is a must
