Role & responsibilities Knowledge of day-to-day financial operations within the company (Banking and Finance operations) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong management and leadership skills. analysis (Preference to exposure in Infrastructure) Preparation of Annual Budgets, Financial Summaries, CMA, Cash Flow and Fund Flow Statements Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Raising of Working Capital Loans (Fund based and Non-Fund Based), Working on the Credit Portfolio. Liaising with banks, providing required data on regular basis. Holding of Consortium Meetings and Presentation of Financial and Operational Performance Treasury Management & Dealing with banking issues like Cash Credit, Bank Guarantees, Margin Deposits, Investments, Letter of Credit, Stock Statement and Drawing Power Management Handling Trade Finance Operations Liaising with Rating Agencies Working on QPR/FFR, MSOD, UFCE, NDS, Due Diligence and Order-book of the company Looking after Legal Banking Documentations ROC Compliances Management Working knowledge of Listing agreement compliances Knowledge of SEBI regulations Working knowledge of valuation procedures and co ordination with Investment banker/Merchant Banker etc. Preferred candidate profile Gujarat & North Perks and benefits
