Position: Finance Manager
Location: Cochin, Kerala
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: CA Inter
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Trading / Construction / Services
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial accounting and reporting functions.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Develop and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulations.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions for audits and funding requirements.
Support management in strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems (ERP/Tally/SAP).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle audits, taxation, and statutory filings independently.
